It's probably the accessibility option that got turned on somehow. You need to pull the joystick forward or back without pushing it in to bring up the accessbility option and then turn it off. Dear LG, this is a design flaw.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's an accessibility option. You need the remote. With the monitor on, hit the down button on the remote and it will pull up the accessibility menu. From there just turn off that feature. Hope this helps!
