- Answer Disable Gsync on your monitor. On your Xbox series x go to General & display settings. Under video & fidelity overscan make sure is set to Auto.

QuestionRunning this monitor currently with the Xbox Series S and the video setup on the Xbox says the monitor is able to run native 1080p at 120fps, but I can’t get it to run 1440p at 120fps? Only 1440p at 60fps. Is this monitor not capable of 1440p at 120fps?

QuestionWill this accept a 4K signal and downscale to 1440p? Asking mainly because I'm playing on a PS4 Pro and my current monitor only upscales from 1080p to 1440p making the picture look blurry.

- Answer No. It will not downscale. If you have an nvidia gpu you can do what is called DSR for 4k image into a 1440p, but it's still 1440p.

- Answer Do not buy this monitor for ps4/ps4 pro if you care at all about input lag. Over Display Port at 144hz, it has very low input lag. 60hz (max on ps4 pro), the input lag is terrible. You might as well just keep gaming on a TV.

- Answer I believe on the Xbox Series X, you must connect via Display Port to use 1440p.

QuestionI can't turn on the monitor? It's plugged in, I press the power button, and it's not turning on.

- Answer It should turn on even if it's not plugged into anything else besides the power. It would show a screen saying there is no input signal from your PC or whatever. Double check cables and power socket with another device, then return if it still doesn't turn on.
