I have a 3070ti will I be getting 144hz on 1440p null

I've got a 3080 FTW3 and I'm getting 165Hz at 1440p

Yes, that is the intended output of this monitor. But, it comes down to your game's demands and video card's capabilities in tune with the cpu. Frame rates are different than refresh rates. You will want 60 frames per second at least for first person games at all times. 30 is fine for other types. This is a wonderful product.
