Regarding the monitor stand, it offers tilt adjustment, but it does not support height adjustment. However, the monitor is VESA-compatible (100 x 100 mm), so you can mount it on a stand or arm with height adjustability if needed.

The Screen cannot be split and its not height adjustable.
