NO! what a shame too with all its other quality hardware. Website reflects : DisplayPort 2.1 (UHBR13.5) so not a true DP80 cable interface. Works as a 1.4 still

We understand that you're checking whether the LG 32GX870A-B gaming monitor supports DisplayPort 2.1a (DP80, UHBR 20). Based on the official specifications provided, this model does include a DisplayPort input, but it does not list support for DisplayPort 2.1a or UHBR 20 bandwidth. Most current LG monitors with OLED panels, including this model, are equipped with DisplayPort 1.4, which supports up to HBR3 (High Bit Rate 3), delivering 32.4 Gbps. This is sufficient for 4K at high refresh rates (like 240Hz) with Display Stream Compression (DSC), but not the full 80 Gbps of DisplayPort 2.1 UHBR 20. If you're looking to achieve the maximum potential of this monitor (4K @ 240Hz), we recommend using DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC or HDMI 2.1—both of which this monitor supports. https://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-32gx870a-b-gaming-monitor#pdp_specs Should you have any other questions or need assistance, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport.
