Super late, just got mine while on sale. Has Video usb-c to usb-c. The 2 usb hub can go to the usb video device but did not give mouse to the display port, even with an added usbA-usbA. Stopped there as it still fits my needs. NOT A KVM, close but no cigar

It does have a hub which is similar to a built-in KVM switch in that bot allow you to switch between different video inputs and connect peripherals, but a built-in KVM switch is more convenient...^Ivan.
