- Answer Hi, this model has a backlit keyboard and if you purchase this open box, there's a limited warranty. But if you purchased this as brandnew or closed box warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects covering parts and labor.^Vanessa

- Answer short answer no. I use my laptop continuously from 6am to 11pm every day. I plug in the supplied charger to the round power in port on the left-hand side of the keyboard closest to the screen. it charges in a few hours and will last at least I day when unplugged...

QuestionI saw that this has, "Stereo Speakers 1.5W x2" but that doesn't tell me if it's loud enough to HEAR. I find laptops often have very little sound and I'm old! Where are the speakers located and how LOUD are they? Would an actual customer please reply?

- Answer they are better than most, but they are on the bottom. so if you have it on a hard surface, you get good to great sound. or if you have it on a riser, it isn't bad but the sounds going away from you.
