Hi, the Memory is 16GB (DDR5 4800 MHz), Dual channel, 2 slots. The LG gram comes with one SSD installed and an additional slot to add another. With Dual SSD you can conveniently double your storage space without the need for an external hard drive or other storage device. SDD 512GB M.2(2280) Dual SSD slots 1st slot : NVMe Gen4 / 2nd slot : NVMe Gen3. ^Vanessa

You cannot add a "hard disk" though you can add another internal SSD PCIe NVMe.
