It could be your HDMI cord. I had to by an new one with the 4k TV and 4k player. It has to be a 4k HDMI cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your TV must be 4k with at least one 4k dedicated HDMI input on the TV. The TV must be HDCP2.2 compliant. You also need HDMI 2.0 cables. Lacking any one part of the 4k hardware chain, and you won't get 4k at the screen.
