- Answer It is a fairly standard android device as far as use, but it is likely overkill for a casual user. Both Samsung and LG have great mid-level phones which will not disappoint. This is a great phone however and if you have the extra money to spend, don't hesitate.

- Answer I am an existing Sprint customer and I just got the phone. The sale prep said that I'll get bill credit. It is consider as an upgrade. If you go to store, ask the sale prep.
