This is an AT&T specific watch, model W280A. We could not say whether or not it will work outside of the USA. ^AC

This device can function with or without a cellular connection; therefore, whether or not it will work depends on how you intend to use it. Without a cellular connection, its only requirement is an Android phone with Bluetooth connectivity. If you're looking to connect this watch to your cellular network, then the watch itself supports the following network technologies: WCDMA, GSM, UMTS, LTE, as quoted from the LG US site (http://www.lg.com/us/smart-watches/lg-W280A-sport). The version sold by Best Buy in the US is not unlocked and only accommodates AT&T. I'm not sure what's available at a Best Buy in the Czech Republic.

In other words, if you just want to hook it up to your phone, then it should work anywhere an Android phone has connectivity. If you're looking to use this watch as a standalone phone, I would consult the AT&T nearest you to ensure the network technologies in use in the Czech Republic are among those listed above.
