No it will not. its is mostly a Bluetooth player with an AUX plug

Hello Corky. The LG XBOOM 40W Speaker System and Subwoofer Combo Set, Model # LK72 does not have a microphone input. It does have a Port. IN that is designed for portable units like iPods that have headphone jacks that you can play through but that might not work well depending on the specifications of the microphone you use...^IFV
