“I just brought it home and plugged in the 2 speakers & the subwoofer into the main unit & played music from my phone but only got sound from the 2 speakers, absolutely nothing from the subwoofer. Any ideas?”

Just got mine delivered. Subwoofer does not work. Extremely muffled sound. Barely any volume :( will be returning
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. The Subwoofer does not work at all. I’m very disappointed since this is my second purchase. The first one did not work at all. I returned it and was given another one only to get home and the Subwoofer does not work. It takes me an hour to get to the store so I just didn’t waste more time. Apparently this is an issue with this system.
