• the link you post, it's a physical copy, it's the one i bought, and it is a physical edition

• Yes you are correct it is a physical copy although there is a digital download for the same price. Its possible that they are out of physical copies or you selected the wrong item by mistake

• Your have to make sure to pick the physical copy is was not released until 3/6/18.
