QuestionHow do you get the "charge out" feature to work? When I plug my charger into the speaker and into my phone it does not charge, even after I switch the source.

- Answer The USB out on the speaker is labeled 5V and 0.5A, meaning only 2.5W. A lot of mobile devices these days want 5W or even 10W to charge. If your phone is looking for a higher power output, the AQ11 may not be able to more than trickle charge it.
