• Yes you can. Make sure the lenses are clean, as well as the case, or it will be blurry.

• Read the box. Make sure you can. It will say up to how many feet of water and for how long. Before you try, take the case off phone, close case all the way and put it in your sink with water in the sink for 30 minutes. Tale case out and open. To see if any water is inside the case. If its dry its safe.

• I would just limit it to 9 feet of depth to be on the safe side.
