“If I have a problem with the case does the store provide a replacement”

• It’s through the lifeproof company. Just go to lifeproof/otterbox warranty fill it out the information and you only get charged the shipping cost which is a few dollars

• If by problem you mean the case breaks, the warranty terms that came in the box say to contact the manufacturer for a replacement if it breaks.
