A: It’s through the lifeproof company. Just go to lifeproof/otterbox warranty fill it out the information and you only get charged the shipping cost which is a few dollars
A: The newer Lifeproof case is now sold through Otter Box and you have to get the one that is approved for magnetic charge and it works great! Phone stays completely encased
Q: Is this case compatible with iPhone 13 pro?
A: The 1 I had was for a iPhone 12 Pro but am sure they should have 1 for the 13 also
Q: Will this phone case work with a wireless charger?
A: It may or may not work. Some chargers are strong enough to work with it but most are not. But case is worth just manually plugging it in

A: You have to purchase the one for that phone, each case is sized for the phone
