“I love the case except it doesn't seem to charge the phone to 100%. I charge the phone every night to 100% but the case has only charged the phone to 100% maybe once. Usually it only goes up about 20%. Should I charge the case separate from the phone?”

If you changre the the phone through the case then just let the case keep charging even though your phone is at 100% when you push the button on the back all the lights should light up to indicate a full case charge
