Q: QuestionCan we still order this case at the 39.99 price even though you claim to be sold out?

• A:Answer I called and went back and forth with Best Buy customer service today. In the end I was told that since this is a cyber Monday deal, they cannot be preordered and I can't get a rain check on this price. I asked why they were on the website, and listed at a sale price if they can't be ordered and thats when they hung up the phone on me. No joke. I understand that today must have been an extremely busy day, but to hang up the phone on a customer who has a legit question? That's fine, they can keep the cases.

• A:Answer Sometime in the near future, if you're talking along the lines of different colors, best buy recently had them listed, yet they're "coming soon". The fact that they already have everything (all the details, specs, and price) except the "add to cart button" hints they should be here very soon.
