Yes you can. I put on the Zagg glass+ screen protector with this case. It cost me $40 for the protector and $8 for geek squad to toss it on for me bubble free. Hope this helped.

Nope. The case is designed to fit down to the micrometer. Having a screen protector in between the case and phone will not allow it to be properly seales. I tried it actually.
