“Can I use an aftermarket screen protector? I have the Zagg glass screen protector on my iPhone 6. Can I leave it on with the Nuud case? I know Lifeproof told me I couldn't use a screen protector with my 4S Fre case (it would've been redundant), but the Nuud has no screen itself, so it seems the Zagg glass can remain on. Yes? No?”

Yes- use a Zagg shield.

My wife's came with a screen protector designed to fit. Look through the box before throwing it out, as she didn't know it came, and just happened upon it. It fits within the area opened by the case itself. I do not know if it is standard size, and a Zagg or other would still fit.
