A:AnswerI had that problem too initially, but I took the phone out and re-installed the phone into the case paying careful attention to making sure that the volume/vibrate button was installed correctly in the slot. Once i did that, the mic must have lined up the way it was supposed to and I havent had any problems since. Hope that helps.
A:AnswerAs misleading as it sounds, I don't believe lifeproof's "warranty" covers anything except the case and that's only for water damage, not drops.

A:AnswerAs far as Zagg, there are the HD clear, and the HD glass. The glass is superior, it is actually glass, not plastic like the clear. Always go with the glass. Zagg will replaced your screen as many times as you want as many times as you pay shipping. HD glass, really good cases.

A:AnswerI would only install the screen protector that it came with. I had a Zagg on there and took it off because the extra protection onto the black area of the screen was pressing into the gaskets in the case and I'm sure that would effect the water tightness of the case. The one that it came with looks and works great.
