“How can I mute/unmute my phone with the case on? I have it but I’ve broke so many nails trying to figure it out and my fingers hurt from applying so much pressure. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do.”

When installing the phone make sure the switch is in an even line with the case.(not angled,-perfectly horizontal if on a table while installing phone.) Put the left side of the phone in first. (The side with the mute switch) then push the phone into place. This will ensure the phone is in properly. The switch toggles like a light switch. The bottom is stationary and the top moves. In a toggling motion - front to back. (When I say top and bottom of the switch : think top and bottom of phone - charge port is bottom.)(when I say front to back think screen is front.)
