Q: QuestionWhen I call someone they cannot hear me on the other end how do I fix this

• A:Answer I had that problem too initially, but I took the phone out and re-installed the phone into the case paying careful attention to making sure that the volume/vibrate button was installed correctly in the slot. Once i did that, the mic must have lined up the way it was supposed to and I havent had any problems since. Hope that helps.

Q: QuestionIf I Have an iPhone 5 will it still come with a cover for the home button?I'd prefer for it to be covered since I don't have the touch ID function on my phone, but I can't find anything that'll reassure me that my case will come that way.

• A:Answer Yes this definitely covers the home button, that's how it keeps it water proof.

Q: QuestionScreen DamageI just purchased the Life Proof case not even a month ago and my screen has already cracked from being dropped. I paid almost $100 for this case so that I wouldn't have this problem again. What can I do about this? Does Lifeproof cover such incidents?

• A:Answer As misleading as it sounds, I don't believe lifeproof's "warranty" covers anything except the case and that's only for water damage, not drops. Good luck!

Q: QuestionAre there two types of screen protectors ... Which one is best?

• A:Answer As far as Zagg, there are the HD clear, and the HD glass. The glass is superior, it is actually glass, not plastic like the clear. Always go with the glass. Zagg will replaced your screen as many times as you want as many times as you pay shipping. HD glass, really good cases.

Q: QuestionCan you pt the nuud case on the iPhone like you can the iPod? And are they both water resistant?

• A:Answer According to the details on the case the Nuud cases are water proof on the iPhones (that's why I got one). So I would say yes, it is water resistant/water proof for the iPhone.

Q: QuestionCan I add a screen protector on this case?

• A:Answer I would only install the screen protector that it came with. I had a Zagg on there and took it off because the extra protection onto the black area of the screen was pressing into the gaskets in the case and I'm sure that would effect the water tightness of the case. The one that it came with looks and works great.

• A:Answer I actually purchased a zagg screen protector and use that instead of the one that comes with the case and it is still waterproof. Good luck!
