A:Answer I have not experienced anything that you are describing. Based on your question, It sounds like you are getting dust and other debris in your case. I have not experienced any foreign debris getting into my case. However, I made certain that I meticulously cleaned my phone, so that the case would make a great seal and make very good contact with my phone. It’s been my experience that anytime I have had dust and debris inside any cover that I applied to my phone was due to user error on my part and not ensuring that I followed the directions exactly how they were printed on the products installation instructions. I have found that cleaning my phone very thoroughly, even beyond what is printed on instructions for properly applying the case to your phone. I also use nitrile gloves (similar to the gloves that you find at your doctors office, and can be purchased at any pharmacy or Walmart, Target, etc.) will help prevent you leaving fingerprints and small amounts of dust that can prevent your cover from making a complete, debris-free contact with your phone and therefore small amounts of dust and other foreign materials from getting into the case!
