“Does this unit have a blower or a fan built in what is the footage that this will heat”

• It does have a fan, and it blows heat roughly 8-10ft in a well insulated room, it heats my roughly 600 SQ ft area pretty good.

• Yes this unit does have a fan to help expel the heat and is great for large rooms such as a living room, primary bedroom, or great room.
