Are these bluetooth bulbs or do they require a hub? null

They are Bluetooth. I use the LIFX app to turn my lights on/off from any location. I can be 10 miles or 100 feet from home and the light responds to app. Connected to my Google Home and I am able to control lights by voice commands as well.

No hub required but you will need a WiFi connection on the 2.4Ghz frequency.

I bought because they do not require a hub, but after losing WiFi while I’m out of state and all my other security devices reconnected and LIFX bulbs did not, I’m wondering if no hub is the problem.
