do these lan ports run at gigabit speeds? I have a modem and a switch both at gigabit speed capability but the router i have only has 10\100 Ethernet ports so i'm not getting the full bandwidth of my connection. null

The LAN ports will handle gigabit speeds, between the Linksys extender and what ever you are running on the downstream side. But the upstream side is dependent on the signal speed your wireless router is running. So if it is less than gigabit, that is the speed it can pass thru, it does not speed it up.
