• It's under the parental section where it should not be. I had a hard tie finding it myselt.

• Depending on the router, yes. If you go to your browser and enter the IP of your router, you can modify the settings of accessibility. Refer to your router manual, or the label that is on your router itself (sometimes its in the back or bottom side). It will say Modem GUI Address. That is the IP address of the router. That will take you to the settings page for your router.
