will this work with uniden guarden 955 null

Yes this will work with the uniden. I have installed this equipment for customers and it works great as both a wired and wireless extender

I assume this is VOIP phone system that you are talking about. If so YES it would. Again I stressed this in another post. I would put a device like that as a priority device in the system settings and maybe even on a DMZ that way there is no problem with the connection. I am not a network expert but my experience tells me that any device that absolutely needs to be on 24hours a day should be on a much better router with more options. If this phone(security system) is a vital service that must be running all the time then I WOULD NOT PURCHASE this version and instead go with something industrial like a CISCO FIREWALL and then connect a wireless router to that. You wouldn't want an all-in-one device for emergency services.

I suggest you ask the manufacturer and then take one home and test. Anything else is guessing.
