I bought this router to replace a 2 year old Spectrum provided router. I was expecting soooo much more from Linksys. The coverage and Wi-Fi speeds where worse than the stock cable provider router. I returned the Linksys and bought a TP-Link ax1800 for $10.00 less and couldn’t be happier. The TP-Link router literally had 4X the speed than the Linksys, better UI, better security and setup features, and I had it up and running in about 5 minutes. Mind you, I’m not a tech newbie so I know what I was doing when setting up the Linksys and trying to get the advertised speeds and range. I have a 1850 sqft, two story, detached garage, townhouse and the TP-Link has excellent coverage and speed to all areas of the house and garage. I would highly recommend going with the TP-Link router :-)
