Not even sure why OS is a question here... network protocols work across all platforms. The administrative software for the router is software in the router itself and you access it via the IP address of the router... as long as you have a capable internet browser (chrome, IE, Edge, etc...) you are fine. Use of an Ethernet port is preferred for setting up the router though.. you can do it via wireless, but can result in loss of connections and having to reestablish it. Also, if you have issues with the router and lose wireless, you kind of need Ethernet to try to get in there an fix it or you have to do a router reset.
