“Can this router provide coverage without adding satellites in a semi-small 1250 square ft two floor condo? Or would it still be better to obtain a non-mesh router as I have been using a cable-modem-router combo? I have 200MB/sec wifi speed via Spectrum.”

Yes, this router is awesome and can handle two floors as long as you have the router centrally located on the upper floor in an open area. I had many Wifi drop issues before buying this unit, and I have no issues now in my two story 2028 Sq Ft House.
