• You will still need a DSL or Cable modem from your ISP. This WiFi router would connect to that.

• Not familiar with Baldwin, but I believe that nearly all modems using ip cable will connect and work.

• A Linksys router requires an internet connection from an ISP as this is just a passthrough device, CLH.
