“I have Dish Internet. I also have an iphone 7 Plus. I live in a metal building. I have AT&T service provider. I only have 1 to 2 bars while in metal house. When talking on phone my reception is ok but very interrupted for my caller. What do I need to”

A metal building I think it behave as the Faraday Cage, therefore, you need WIRED connections to work with internet, phone, etc, since the enclosure you are living in blocks the electromagnetic fields.
