• Hi, Loganberryisthebest. Make sure to connect the other end of the Ethernet cable from your modem to the Internet Port (or Yellow Port) of the Linksys E5400. You may also try checking the internet access behind the modem and see if you have internet connection, bypassing the router.

• Make sure your modem is working. Connect directly to your computer. If it works.. then to the router. Make sure you have a good ethernet cable.... Your booklet tells you what signal the router will transmit. Good luck
