You can set DHCP reservations in this router so, effectively, it can assign "static" IP addresses. If your device can be set to a real static IP address below 100 in the last position (default automatic DHCP address range is 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.149, based on a configured first address of 100 and number of users), then I don't see why not as it won't interfere below 100.
