Will this work with an AT&T home phone? null

Hi, Bob. Our routers work with most ISPs with a cable connection type modem/gateway.

In what way WiFi? Or are you talking about an internet phone this is not a POE router your phone would need its own power plug that normally come with the phones!

This item is NOT designed to work with land lines. It will NOT interfere if you have a current land line. If you have Att internet this item will work as either as a primary or secondary router.
