This is a new AC router. It is also backwards compatible to a/b/g/n networks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes, but you are connecting a rusty pipe to a brand new car. your old points won't be very efficient or be optimize for your routers ghz speed
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, but I would have to ask why you would want to do that. Anything over 5 years old would be a slow down to begin with. At 12 years you would be connecting at maybe 10meg, but as the access points do you would lose half of your speed to that one single hop. So in essense you would only be able to achieve 3-4 meg throughput. Not worth it...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have an older Linksys router (e1200) downstream of the WRT AC3200 without any issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there! Yes, the Linksys WRT3200ACM router will work with an old access point since it's backward-compatible with older versions. To know more about the unit, check out this link: http://www.linksys.com/us/p/P-WRT3200ACM/
