Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes - I've had this problem as well (twice). It's happened after I've been making adjustments to other settings. In both cases I had to do factory reset to get the 2.4GHz network to associate with any clients. I am happy with my setup now, so if this does happen again, I will be contacting Linksys directly for support.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If this is an intermittent problem, then I have no idea what could be causing it. If it is a consistent issue, double check the router settings by logging in to the linksyssmartwifi account. Under the wireless settings you can turn off the 'Broadcast SSID', which means it is still broadcasting the signal but the name isn't discoverable, so you have to enter the router's information manually whenever you want to connect to it.
