A:Answer If you are referring to Nintendogs for the DS, then no. This is the only "Nintendog-esque" game on the Switch, as far as I know. There are some similarities and differences between Nintendogs and Little Friends, but it is a fun game to play if you enjoy taking care of dogs and cats.
If you are referring to the game as a whole, then yes, there are plenty of other Switch games available to purchase and play. Mario Kart, The Legend of Zelda, Super Smash Bros., Skyrim, FIFA, Xenoblade, just to name a few.
