I got the jitterbug for my 94 year old mother. She had a basic flip phone before. They said they could transfer the contacts for her. She called and they asked for her numbers one by one. I could do that myself. LOL So I would say no unless the phone has a sd card with the contacts saved on that? Otherwise they were very helpful with any question or problem she had with the phone which were many..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only Manually! They can Transfer your Original telephone number to your New device...but Not your Contacts!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Here is the BOTTOM LINE :I jeard it is POSSIBLE but their customer service os so BAD that it probably won't happen in reality.I bought 2 phones but AFTER researching their customer service and seeing their dismal record ..I opted to keep my current carrier and just upgrafe my phone. the 2 jitter bugs are still in the boxes never used....think twice before you venture down the jitter bug option ...just my opinion.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have an iPhone eight can I transfer my contacts to this phone?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does work. You simply need to be logged into the same Gmail account on both phones. Open Gmail on both phones and your contacts should synch. It worked for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just called support for help transferring. He said it’s a maybe. Walked me through copying with my google account. No go. Had to enter all by hand. Said sometime jitterbug 2 to 3 and never from 1 to3. So basically sales that enthusiastically says it can be done doesn’t talk to support who is annoyed. Entering them I all manually wasn’t that hard. But still. They lie.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. But you cannot do it yourself -- the Great Call customer service desk can transfer your phone number -- EXCEPT if your old phone is "locked" by your old phone carrier. A "locked" phone cannot have the number transferred to any other carrier. Just call Great Call and they will find out for you. Their number is 1-800-733-6632.
