To the person who keeps responding with a non-answer despite the repeated questions trying to get clarity on whether or not the phone works on Verizon. Instead of hiding behind your corporate-speak, please answer the question with useful information. It is not impossible to know this answer, you're in a position to know it, your firm has a responsibility to know and articulate an answer. I assume that Great Call isn't an independent network, but that you rent an existing network that other companies have built. Presumably, you have partnerships with them. So whose network do you operate on? Sprint? Verizon? ATT? All three? Others? And if your phones operate on those networks, kindly give us some useful information that we can review that can help us in our decision making. Thank you.

All Jitterbug cell phones and smartphones are unlocked per nationwide standards, but we cannot control which carriers choose to accept or activate our phones, nor do we guarantee our phones are compatible with other networks.
