You have to call the Jitterbug people to transfer your number. Call their support number

Your port-in request may occur immediately or may take 1 to 3 business days (5 to 7 business days if porting a landline), depending on your existing carrier, and if the information provided is confirmed to match their account information. You will need to provide us with your other provider’s account number, password or PIN number, billing address, and last four to the primary billing contact’s social security number. Please call Customer Service at 1(800)733-6632, between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, to resolve this matter.
