- Answer Hello, we would like to thank you for your interest in the Jitterbug Smart 2. The Jitterbug Smart 2 is an Android based smartphone with the ability to connect to WiFi. Although a data plan is required, our rates start out as low as $2.49 a month for 100MB of data. When you are connected to WiFi your usage will not count towards your data plan. When you are away from your WiFi network, your phone will automatically connect you to your mobile data. QuestionCan I transfer current cell phone number? Also, this area has only one bar of coverage and my Alcatel flip phone will not call or receive voice unless I drive five miles to get two bars. Is this sensitive enough to work with one bar?

- Answer The ph its self is nice. I didn't get the flip ph. I got the to me a regular phs like iPhones type. So far he is able to use it no problem. Its quick you touch a button an its calling.. whatbi dont like is the false advertising about the ph. You can transfer your number they say but it's a hassle. It showes 250 min an life button if something happens. Not true. You have to buy everything. An total bill is 35.00 you pay this amount for 100 min an 5.00 x for text messages or your charged 10 cents per text. So much for 17.85 a month like they say

- Answer Hello Alice, If you have a GMAIL account you should be able to back up your contacts and pictures there. Once you activate your new Jitterbug Smart 2, you will need to log into your GMAIL account and you will have access to your contacts and photos.
