• Great question! If your mother already has a Jitterbug phone she can keep the same number and if you are using a Google account on your current smartphone and have backed everything up, once you log into your Google account on your Jitterbug Smart3 phone, those items should be available.

• I don't know for sure. I'm still flying blind with this phone. I can't keep the screen from fading away before I can figure out what my next move is. Right now I'm trying to find a video re. how to use this phone. VERY FRUSTRATING.
