There are instructions on how to do so included with the box -- just make sure you do not cancel your previous service until the transfer is complete. Please try again later.Assuming you are referring to changing your wireless number to a current landline number.. thereby no longer being able to use it with landline phone. If you have the same provider for both wireless & landline it's quicker/ easier. If different providers for each, it can still be done, however, the respective companies must agree to release or accept the number(s). It would start with you contacting the wireless company who can initiate the request to landline company. Hope this helps.
