On the Home screen, TAP “Phone” 2. TAP “Voicemail” 3. To listen to your voice message, TAP the voice message you want to listen to from the list of messages.

Best thing to do is call Support, they will walk you through it

from the home screen choose Phone. From the phone menu choose Voicemail
