Great question! To block a number on the Jitterbug Smart3 you will need to select Contacts, from the Home screen. Once the Contacts screen is displayed, tap on Options in the upper right-hand corner. Then select View Blocked Contacts. From this screen you will see all of your blocked numbers, to add a new number to the list, tap on Add Blocked Number.
